My 1:1 online coaching is designed for women aged 40–60 who want to feel strong, confident, and purposeful again—without pressure, comparison, or feeling overwhelmed.
This is not a generic programme.
This is personalised coaching, built around you, your body, and your life.
Your workouts are designed specifically for your goals, experience, lifestyle, and any health considerations. Whether you’re returning to exercise, lifting for the first time, or ready to challenge yourself again—everything is tailored to you. This can be for gym or home.
All workouts are delivered through the MyPTHub app, which you can access easily on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Once you sign up, I’ll onboard you to the MyPTHub app and you will be asked to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire. This ensures your training is safe, appropriate, and aligned with where your body is right now. You will also complete an onboarding form which allows me to understand where you are right now and how I can best help you.
Your personalised workouts are delivered directly through the app and include:
Clear video demonstrations
Written exercise instructions
Sets, reps, and rest times laid out for you
Easy logging after each session
No guesswork. No trying to remember what to do.
The app tracks:
Completed workouts
Weights used
Personal bests
So you can see your progress building—strength, confidence, and momentum.
If you wish, the app can also sync with MyFitnessPal for nutrition tracking.
You’re not doing this alone.
You’ll have direct 1:1 access to me via the in-app chat, where you can:
Ask questions
Get reassurance
Be motivated
Adjust sessions when life happens
Share wins (big or small)
Each week you’ll complete a short check-in form so I can review:
How you are feeling and how your training is going
Energy levels
Progress and challenges
Anything that needs adjusting
I’ll provide personalised feedback and make changes where needed—so your programme evolves with you.
