About me....
I’m Yvonne, a personal trainer with a 25-year corporate background. After stepping away from my career, I chose to keep my fitness work intentionally small for a couple of years — building experience with clients while creating space for family life. While I have loved it, that period also gave me a clear understanding of how disorienting this stage can feel. Movement has been one of my anchors through many stages of life. Regular movement supports not just the body, but confidence, structure, and a sense of self. That’s the approach behind Duke Fitness & Wellbeing.
My qualifications are L2 Gym Instructor, L3 Personal Trainer, L3 Award in Supporting Pre/Post Natal clients with Exercise and Nutrition and EIQ Nutrition certified.
My role is to meet you where you are — and help you build something that feels grounding, sustainable, and genuinely fulfilling.
