1. Who is this coaching for?
This coaching is designed for women aged 40–60 who are ready to prioritise themselves—whether you’ve retired early, your kids have flown the nest, or you’re navigating a life change and want a fresh sense of purpose beyond expectations and roles.
2. How does online coaching work?
You’ll receive a personalised exercise plan delivered via an app. Each week, we’ll check in to review progress, adjust your plan, and celebrate wins. You’ll also have access to chat support between sessions for guidance or questions.
3. Are the workouts suitable for beginners?
Yes! Every exercise can be adapted to your level.
4. What equipment do I need if I work out from home?
Home sessions use bodyweight, and resistance bands or dumbbells if you have them.
5. How long are workouts?
Each session is around 45–60 minutes—long enough to make progress, short enough to fit into your life.
6. What if I miss a session?
No problem! Life happens. Simply resume with your next scheduled session.
7. Will I have support between sessions?
Yes! I’m available via app chat for guidance and encouragement. I’ll respond as soon as I can within working hours.
8. Is nutrition included?
I offer basic guidance on calories and macros to help you stay on track with your goals.
9. What if I’m injured or my health changes?
Your safety is my priority. Always check with your healthcare provider first. Let me know of any changes so we can adapt your plan safely. I am not medical.
10. How often do we check in?
We’ll connect weekly to review your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you motivated.
11. How long do I have to commit for?
The commitment is a minimum of three months to make sure you get the best from working with me.
12. How do payments work?
You’ll receive a secure payment link to pay via the app/Stripe.
